01 What tiho is — and isn't

tiho is a baby sleep-tracking app with AI sleep coaching, for iOS and Android. You log your baby's sleep; tiho organizes it and offers suggestions aligned to a method you choose.

tiho is not a medical device, medical advice, or a diagnosis, and not a baby monitor or safety-alerting system. It logs what you enter — nothing more. Always use your own judgment as a parent.

02 Who can use tiho

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose sleep you record. By creating an account you confirm that you are, and that you have the authority to enter and manage that child's information.

03 Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google — there's no separate password for us to hold. You're responsible for keeping access to your device and sign-in secure, and for the activity under your account, including co-parents you invite.

04 Acceptable use

Please use tiho only for tracking your own child's sleep, and don't: misuse or try to break the service; attempt to access data that isn't yours or shared with you; interfere with other families' use of tiho; impersonate someone; or upload unlawful content or another person's child's data without authority.

To protect the service and the families on it, we may — with notice where practical — remove content, suspend or revoke sharing, or restrict or end access where these rules are broken or where someone's safety or data is at risk.

05 Sharing with co-parents

You can invite a co-parent to share one baby's journal: they can view and add or edit that baby's sleep and the notes on it, but can't change the baby's profile or method. The first co-parent is free; more require a subscription. Invites are single-use, expire, and can be revoked at any time, and every sharing action is recorded in an audit log only you can see.

06 Coaches

You can invite a sleep coach into a read-only view of your baby's sleep, stats, and the notes attached to them — only after you approve the request. On the free tier they see a rolling 14-day window; with a subscription, full history. Coaches never see your AI insights, and you can revoke access at any time.

A coach is someone you choose. We don't select, vet, employ, endorse, or supervise coaches, and inviting one through tiho does not make them your medical adviser or make us a party to your arrangement with them. A coach who accepts an invite agrees to keep your data confidential and to use it only to advise you — not to export, reuse, or share it — and we may suspend or revoke any coach's access to protect you or the service.

07 Subscriptions & billing

tiho+ is an optional subscription that unlocks the premium features (the AI surfaces, the adaptive schedule, deeper history, additional babies and co-parents). It's offered monthly or annually, usually with a 7-day free trial.

Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google through your app-store account: subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, you manage or cancel them in the store, and refunds follow the store's policy — not ours. We never see or store your payment details. Nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

08 Licence to use tiho

tiho is licensed to you, not sold. Krasava Ltd grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use tiho on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the app store's usage rules (including Family Sharing where the store allows it).

You may not: copy, sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute the app; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the limited extent the law expressly permits; remove or alter any ownership notices; or use tiho to build or train a competing product or service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Krasava Ltd. Updates we provide are covered by these terms, and tiho may include third-party or open-source components that carry their own licences.

09 The app stores

You download tiho through the Apple App Store or Google Play. These terms — together with the licence above — are tiho's own end-user licence agreement (EULA), and they apply instead of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; they are written to meet Apple's minimum EULA requirements. A few further terms are required by the stores:

This agreement is between you and Krasava Ltd, not Apple or Google. Krasava Ltd, not the store, is solely responsible for tiho and its content.

• Support and warranties are our responsibility, not the store's. If tiho fails to meet a warranty, Apple users may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that the stores have no warranty or support obligation.
• Any claim about tiho — including product liability, a failure to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or a claim that tiho infringes someone's intellectual property — is handled by us, not by Apple or Google.
• You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on a US prohibited-or-restricted-party list.
• You'll comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your mobile data plan).

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Google is likewise not a party to these terms and is not responsible for tiho.

10 AI coaching

tiho's coaching (morning briefs, pattern insights, nudges, schedules, recaps) is generated by AI tailored to your baby's age and your chosen method. It is informational sleep coaching, not medical advice. It can be imperfect or wrong, it makes no decisions for you, and it is never a substitute for a pediatrician. Use your own judgment, and seek professional care for any health concern. How the AI processes your data is described in our privacy policy.

11 Your content & our IP

tiho — the app, its design, brand, and software — is owned by Krasava Ltd, and your right to use it is the licence set out above.

Your data is yours. What you log — your baby's profile, sleep records, notes — stays your content. You grant us only the limited licence we need to host, store, and process it so the app can work for you and the people you share with; that licence ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to the backups and legal retention noted in our privacy policy). You're responsible for what you enter and confirm you have the right to enter it.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve tiho without any obligation to you.

12 Termination

You can stop using tiho and delete your account at any time from inside the app. Cancelling a paid subscription is separate — do it in the store so you aren't billed again. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where required by law. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

13 Disclaimers, liability & your responsibility

tiho is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Krasava Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's information or AI suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Because tiho is not a medical or safety device, you remain solely responsible for your child's care and safety.

Your responsibility. If a third party brings a claim against Krasava Ltd because of your unlawful use of tiho or content you entered that infringes their rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result directly from it. This never covers anything caused by us, and it does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you have by law.

14 Resolving disputes

If something's wrong, please email us first at support@tihoapp.com — almost everything is sorted out quickly that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes fall to the courts of Bulgaria. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the mandatory protections of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

Consumers in the EU can also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in their own country, or contact their national or European Consumer Centre for help with a cross-border issue.

15 Changes to tiho & these terms

tiho evolves, so we may add, change, or retire features over time. We may also update these terms: we'll change the date above, and for material changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a non-material update means you accept it; for a material change we'll make sure you have a fair chance to review it first.

16 General

• Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• Entire agreement. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about tiho.
• Assignment. We may transfer these terms to another company (for example, in a merger or restructuring), and we'll tell you if we do. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a term right away, we don't give up the right to do so later.
• Events beyond our control. We're not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Notices. We'll reach you in the app or at your account email; you can reach us at support@tihoapp.com.
